You sound so much like I felt when I first quit. I can't tell you how many times i just wanted the whole world to stop until i got passed all the &*^(*.
It's hard to explain to our little ones that Mommy needs a break from them. I would tell them that I needed quiet time and would go in my room and close the door (and spend the entire time crying). If they were quiet till I came out, they got a treat.
My hubby was great about taking the kids when I needed a break. Maybe you could work it out with yours to take sole responsibility for the kids for 30 minutes when he gets home each night. That could be your bath time. It would be great to have that reward to look forward to!
you CAN do this! it gets better.

Ten,
You can't undo it now. Start back again tomorrow and realize how easy it is to give in. Keep the dance in your heart and the smokes in the garbage.
We are ready when you are, don't let this deter you! You can do this :)

Tenielle,
Take charge! Let everything else, except possibly dinner go!
Turn on the music and start dancing! Dance until everyone is tired and can't stop laughing! Eat dinner while you dancing and give them a bath while your dancing. Let everyone in on the fun and keep dancing like a crazy woman.
Put all to bed and yourself to bath and then to bed! Nobody ever died from not doing the laundry or dishes, only smoking!
The crazy lady often comes out to keep the happy peace! Start fresh tomorrow and start dancing! I know it is weird, but I tried it and it worked!
Happy dancing,
Josie
