Hi Luci-Lou,
21 days is often a tricky time in a quit. You are all geared up for Hell Week, Heck, Weak, then as the third week comes to an end, tiredness sets in....it all just seems so hard!
It is at this time you just have to hang on in there. You did the right thing coming here and venting....it usually helps a bit. In a few days you will ride that roller coaster upwards again.
Just remember that the lows become less and the highs longer as time goes on. At 6 weeks, you should begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel glimmering in the distance.
Do keep fighting....it is so worth it!
