Good morning everyone! 19 days, i still can't believe i'm actually smoke free! I've noticed that it's actually gotten a bit easier in the last couple of days. I'm now able to sit on my couch & watch tv without getting all figity. I still think of it though... but they are not thoughts that i will act on. Now all i think of is celebrating everyday that i am smoke free, i get on this site everyday to check my stats and give myself a pat on the back.
Still kickin ash in "06"

It is excellent isn't it! Great job BJ. Before long, we'll be walking on that beach enjoying the fresh, smoke free air! Enjoy every moment that you realize "hey, I don't have to waste my precious time smoking just to make myself smell and taste like $hit, I have more important things to do with my time!"
Enjoy that fresh air each time you breath it in. I know I do!!
