BJ !!
Good for you !! Someone else posted that you need a year to become a true nonsmoker because you must pass all the seasons of the year and experience then all without smoking. I have come to believe there is alot of truth there.
We have retraining our behavior in many aspets of our lives and while each one is a challenge.. each one is also a victory !!
Once again victory is yours !!
Congratulations.. I love these kinds of posts.
Hang Tuff !!

Last nite i was faced with complete frustration that has to do with someone i come in contact with daily. To make a long story short i had a disagreement with this person that lead to me filling up with anger & frustration. I ended up crying uncontrollably and thought i wasn't going to be able to stop. Of course at the beginning of this i thought about how i used to deal with this feeling but amazingly i dismissed the thought and just cried my way through it and it took a good 20 minutes!!! I think part of the reason i had such a hard time coping with my anger was because i was trying to find a new way to cope without cigarettes. I could of easily ran out of the house & gone to the store but it wasn't even something i considered doing. So i pat myself on the back!! I wanted to share this with those of you who are having a hard time so you know your not alone and you just have to keep fighting to stay smoke free cause it is so worth it!! Tomorrow i celebrate 60 days smoke free!!!

Congratulations BJ. We all have to learn new ways to deal with situations that come up in our lives. I think this is the hardest part of being quit. Congrats on making it through without even a blip. :)
