Carlos
Have you used any type of NRT? Or, have you been 6 days completly without nicotine?
If you've been without this whole time, why introduce nicotine back in to your system? Remember it only takes about 3 days to get all the nicotine out of your system.....YOU'RE FREE, don't go back.
Just my 2 cents....

Hi all
I had a successful quit for about 5 months and had a relapse 2 weeks ago. I have decided to quit again aND my cravings are not as strong as the first time, but I feel the need to have a smoke. I think they come my way through stress and are not physical.
I am thinking of wearing the patch again. During my first quit, I only used the path for 2 or 3 weeks and felt fine..
Any suggestions????
Carlos

Carlos,
You have to look at why you slipped during your last quit. Then, create some coping techniques to overcome that craving that made you slip. You need to have a plan in place. If you have not done so already, let us help you prepare for the unknown.
Your thoughts?
Melanie
