I'm glad i dropped 15 lbs before i quit smoking cause i'm totally obsessed with chocolate! I buy bags of it to keep at work. I think i gave myself permission to over do it since i lost weight BUT i've gained 3 lbs back. Doesn't seem like much but i know if i'm not careful it'll spin out of control. I'm sure some of you can relate. Ughh i need to stop with the chocolate!!!!

Dark Chocolate is GOOD for you. But it has to be dark - the higher percentage of cocoa the better. It contains anti-oxident properties that milk chocolate just doesn't have.
And small amounts - not an entire 1lb bag of candy daily - I prefer the Hershey's Dark chocolate bite size - I have 4 of those (4 constitutes a serving) and i'm good to go!

BJ,
Who doesn't like chocolate! Use this as a reward and really look forward to the bar or piece. It will keep the pounds intact and make your success all the more worth while!
