I think today was a great step forward for me. I am absolutely thrilled. I went to my mothers today and she is a chain smoker. Her fiance was there also smoking like a train. The only time it bothered me was the stench of a stale ash tray whenever they came close to me. It was hard driving in the car when that was my one time to love to smoke but I did it! I think today for me was a great accomplishment and I am extremely proud!! I hope that I can keep this postive day as a reminder. It was very difficult and yes I wanted one horribly but I didn't give in. I AM STONGER!!!! I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR!!! :P
One day I was successful and obviously I couldnt handle it case now I feel like I am in the worst of withdrawl. I am so darn sad :~( I just want to run and hide.....one step forward....two steps back....at least I haven't lit one up!! Still have that going for me!

Hey Stix !!
You certainly did.. you get a well done and an A+ and a pat on the back !
I know that must have been like ...... aaaargh...
It shows that you are quitting with the attitude that nothing will stop you.. that's the one you have to have.
Keep it up and soon you will become a nonsmoking snob.. (on-line only.. lol)
Hang Tuff !!

ChickenStix,
Congratulations on passing the test! Of course, don't forget that this was just a "pop quiz".. you still have the midterm and final before you're through! (Quitting 101 ;p ) However, since you did so well on this one I have no doubt that with your determination and commitment you will pass with flying colors! The cool part is that the same answers you chose for this quiz will be all that you will need for the midterm and final!! Your #1 answer? "NO SMOKING!"
Wow, wasn't that easy? Of course it was!! I think that there are a ton of people who study way too hard for this course! They worry themselves to death with the details. I'm very proud of your work on this test and I'm confident that you will be an A+ student!
Keep on keepin' on!
