rawker,
That's something that was a big concern for me when I went back to school in August. I originally quit smoking in June, and when I decided to go back to school in August, I was scared that I wouldn't know what to do on my breaks. When I got my bachelor's, I was a smoker and spent ALL of my breaks smoking, so I knew that that'd be a hard trigger for me.
So far, I haven't had a problem with that at all... I usually either go to the Student Union and grab a bite to eat, or study before class, or go to the computer lab to check my email, or go into my next classroom and talk to my classmates before class starts, or go talk to my professor if I have a question or something. I actually find that time a great use to me now and have NO idea how I actually made time to smoke before! Hope you find some good uses for that time too.
Crave the Quit!

Hi, rawker. Congrats on your quit.
Boredom is one of the really big triggers for many. Not smoking is easy when you're busy and distracted, but when you've got nothing to do it can get rough. And when you've got nothing to do it's often difficult to find something to do. The library is a good idea.
