This really sucks! I'm gaining weight not losing. I guess I'm not eating right and we all know I'm not exercising.
I'm going to have to figure this out. I have got to lose weight. I quit smoking for crying out loud. This should be a breeze. I'm going to try to be really good and to exercise. It's just so hard because I'm exhausted most of the time.

Hey, you got breakfast which was a slim fast shake.
Lunch- roast beef sandwich on dark rye with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a tablespoon lowfat miracle whip.
And a green salad on the side with low fat italian dressing.
Plus two oreo cookies.
Dinner- chicken with sweet and sour sauce 1 tablespoon,
brown and wild rice- 1/2 cup
mixed stirfry vegetables- 1 cup
pepsi
Checked it all through the sparks and I am loving it.
Walked a mile with leslie and moved the loser dvd closer to the tower.
Today is a little brighter for me. Still 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground. (Yes, in MARCH) But... Took the shrink wrap of the biggest loser DVD. Haven't opened it yet. Maybe today.

Sunday was quiet. Got a lot done.
B- Slimfast shake
l-weightwatcher tv sirloin with vegetables
1/2 cup brown rice
d- tuna noodle, lowfat mushroom soup,
salad with tomatobasil dressing
s- special K with 8 oz 1% milk
Walked a mile with Leslie, actually put the biggest loser dvd in the machine and watched all the credits and special features while I walked on the treadmil. Then did about the first 10 minutes of the program....(that may be harder than I thought). And switched to Richard Simmons for 15 minutes.
So plenty of cardio, now need some strength training to add to it.
