There are always going to be emotions in our lives. Happy, sad, angry, etc. You can't let emotion, or anything else for that matter, break a quit. These things are always going to be there. You've got to find another way to deal with them.
Quitting is a choice. You choose to quit, or you choose to smoke. No matter what happens, the choice is yours. You can't blame smoking on anger or your mother or a co-worker or a boss. Those are things the junkie is using to justify getting another fix. That's it and that's all.
Get your coping mechanisms in place. Use all the tools on this site.
