My name is Mimi. I have suffered from depression on and off my entire life but the worst has been for the last 5 years. It has been continually been my shadow, keeping me from enjoying life, family, work, etc....
I'm having trouble figuring out how this works. I've done the test and my daily journal but don't know where to go from there or what I should be accessing.
