I am sorry to read about the stress you have been dealing with. I think any parent can completely understand that letting go of extreme concern for your daughter is not only difficult but almost near impossible. Have you considered seeking professional counselling and talking to your family doctor about this? Also, what strategies have you tried so far to help you cope?
Off the top of my head, you may want to look into mindfulness as a coping tool, mindfulness to process emotions, CBT to manage anxious or negative thoughts (lots can be found in this program), and radical acceptance. The more tools you can learn to support yourself now, the better.
