I am glad you found us. I have to say, considering everything you are going through and taking on, it is amazing you joined this program to help yourself. I am very impressed! You are clearly a very strong and determined lady! Please give yourself lots of credit often.
It sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now. I think anyone would feel overwhelmed and anxious considering everything. Allow yourself to have those feelings and try not to feel guilty about feeling down or anxious. These are normal responses to difficult life situations. It is understandable that you are constantly waiting for the "next thing" to happen considering all you are dealing with. Challenging that fear may help you to help you to feel better - this program will help you to work on thoughts like these that may be fueling the negative feelings.
In addition to this program I also recommend learning about mindfulness. Mindfulness is proven helpful in treating depression, anxiety and a variety of other physical and mental health issues.
