recommend that you follow The Depression Program, which is Session 1 to
Session 9. However we’ve been doing this for quite some time and we
realize that everyone’s a little different. After this session you’re
free to read, review, re-read or complete any session you’d like. If you
get stuck please ask a question in the Support Group– someone’s bound to understand and help you out.
