Hello,
 
It is best to print them out and fill them out. Try to fill them out as soon as possible after the event. The act of recording your thoughts, examining them  and challenging them helps you to systematically change your thoughts which in turn will change your mood. They are also great to  have to look back on to see your progress.

What is the best way to fill out the various worksheets? Can I save them to my computer and fill them out and if so how do I do that because they are locked and I can't type on them?  Or is a better way to print them out and write on them? Then what do I do with them? Thanks for your technical help?
