let us help.
I know that you expressed you don't want to start the whole process of finding a new prescription; however, if you are experiencing issues with your current prescriptions I would recommend seeking consult from your healthcare professional.
Know that you can open up as much as you need at this site we are non-judgmental. I hope that you will feel able to express yourself here and ask any questions you have. Get started on the online program, and check back in soon to let us know how it goes.
I'm new to the site and to the group. My work benefits have just recently changed and LifeWorks, is our new online EAP services.
I have been suffering from severe depression, and mild anxiety for a long time. It runs in the family but I'm the youngest diagnosed when I was 17 and now 25. Lately I've been finding that my medication has not been doing the job. I don't want to have to start the whole process over of finding a new prescription.
Most days I'm embarrassed by myself and the feelings I have. I'm usually an emotional wreck and haven't had many "good" days as of late. I'm hoping that the website and forums will be an outlet that I can discuss my feelings freely and find help.
