There are
many people within this support group that share the same questions and
concerns as you. Feel free to ask questions and write about your experiences as
much as you need to. We are all a group of individuals who support each
other.
You have
taken the first step to learn more about your depression. On this site you will
find a toolbox on the left hand side. Your toolbox contains sessions dealing
with a variety of topics to help you learn more about depression and setting
goals among many other topics. Start working through the sessions, you can
start by allotting 10 minutes a day to working on the sessions and work your
way up to longer time.
It will be important for you to take one thing
at a time. Work on what makes you least uncomfortable first and once you feel
ready you can move on to the more difficult topics.
Our
research shows that the more you work the sessions the better you will feel.
