Welcome to the forums! The people here are great and super understanding! I am glad you found this site and that you introduced yourself. Please post with us often!
Welcome to our support community and thank you for sharing with us. Please continue to do so and know that this site is anonymous and can be of great assistance to you. The program was designed by doctors and can help pinpoint areas of concern and areas that you can work on.
The members here do know what you are going through and they share their experiences, thoughts, knowledge and support. We do have a depression test so that you are able to discuss with your doctor and/or therapist at great lengths.
Start slow and work your way through the first session and gain knowledge on how to progress.
It's me again. I should also add that I was first diagnosed with depression and then with bipolar depression. It is really hard to write those words on a screen where others will see them when they pertain to me. I am a former mental health worker and a former nurse. I would be the first one to tell someone else to hold their head up high. That an illness of the brain is like an illness of any other body part. I really was sincere. Now, I'm the one hearing those words. I'm hoping that this group will be able to help me say these words as casually as saying mumps.
