I am glad to see you have a psychiatrist that you like! Feeling respected is everything and it is great he is keeping his eyes and ears open!
As for listening to you rant, you are most welcome. Hey, this is what we are here for, to support each other! Btw, I totally agree that sometimes insights into ourselves are hard to swallow, but hey, it helps us grow and get strong!
And yes, it makes sense to me. You feel the depression but as you work the program and challenge your thoughts, the depression may not be gone yet but it is easier for you to deal with. I totally get it. It makes complete sense to me.
As for the klonopin, I think you need to respect yourself with it. Whatever is best for you, you will figure out!
As for eliminating sugar, let me know how that goes. I have eliminated all caffeine (tea, coffee, chocolate) but cannot seem to shake the sugar. Oh and congratulations on giving up coffee, it is not an easy thing!
