Panda,
If you go into your session diary, go to the tab PROGRAM REFERENCE TOOL and click on SESSION 1. You should be able to find it there.

Panda,
It's up to you. What mood other than depression overwhelms you the most? Is it anxiety? Anger?
Does that help?

Panda,
Welcome! Good for you for being active in your own progress. The program and session can help you every step of the way. The members know where you are coming from and can be of great assistance to you.
By sharing our experiences, we can all learn from one another :)

Panda,
we're all 107... it's a sympathetic glitch designed by the programme to equalize us!! Hey, I'm almost 60 myself. And, yes, you've already changed it by writing this post below.
The Citalopram is an SSRI in the Prozac Paxil family and therefore it should even out the highs and lows of your mood and let you function much better than you did before you started taking it. It can take up to 6 weeks to kick in so good luck with it and let us know how it works out for you - I hope the dizziness will cease and that you will feel the motivation of a lessened depressive state to step up into the CBT programme with vigour....
Hi! Just started the program today.Have had what I call low grade depression all my life.Am now taking 60 Citalopram/day with very little effect, except dizzy,no motivation.Looking forward to the next 16 weeks.
