I've only been on this site for the past week, but I intend to do the full 16 weeks of it! I've noticed a difference in the way that my moods have been this past week, and using the activity schedule has helped me immensely in order to determine what exactly triggers my moments of sadness, hopelessness, and feeling like a failure. I'm worried that I may have a false sense of feeling that things are going to be ok, and that this is just a feeling that will soon disappear, I actually worry about that. Has anyone else had the same experiences, fears? Any suggestions for this?
