Thank you for your kind response. I'm just checking in. I found the monitoring of my feelings and thoughts very useful. I thought I was aware of them, but writing them down makes a big difference. I've already learnt a lot from the past two days.
And I also have a question for those in the community who have experience. I know that having low motivation and energy to deal with everyday life is one of the most common symptom of depression. I also know, that I should be proud of every little achivement I can do, and be patient enough to take small steps. But how can you do this with deadlines and other things that need to be done? How can you take your time, when you have work, family, exams etc?
