Hi Maggie,
Sorry to hear your having a hard time but if that's what helps, then hey that's what were here for. Try switching gears, do something other then letting your mind keep going and going.
If you have a lot to do, set up mini-goals and work slowly to bigger ones. Ex: clean the kitchen table, later sweep & mop the floor... write it down on a sheet of paper and check them off as you go. This will help motivate you to complete the next one and help you keep in mind all you've accomplished.
