I think there is something to that, but that also with having concrete information before me, I can feel more confident to do something with it, and use some of those traits differerntly. Funny I was a social worker, and had clients tell me I helped them, and could never manage to do it for myself, and was well respected professionally, so I'm trying to take that anal retentive perfectionist attirude on myself. Ok a lot of days I just "ruminate". But, this might sound ridicilious, but I got these markers you can write on glass & mirrors with (actually bought them for the son I tried to adopt) and write quotes or things on the bathroom mirror...I certainly can't avoid that. And sometimes, it's actually working. Makes me have to stop and reconsider how I am thinking/processing.
