Try not to be down on yourself,or judgmental on those that do not understand. I can't say this for you but i can for me i get very anxious whenever there is a change in my life because i am the type of person who doesn't adjust easily to changes. You may be seeing the wrong ppl to help you through this crisis.I would sudggest telling your regular md ad take it from there. There are guidance counselers that may be helpul also in your school.Medicine isn't always the answer to a problem justine.Ihope I have been some help to you. and I will pray for the right direction in your life. Sincerely,Kit
