Oh fight or flight makes much sense and i feel much better thinking of it in that context. It is still annoying and such but thanks for mentionning this^^ And you are right we are sooo much alike!
Anyway thanks!

Wow we are so much alike! I think that we are just way to in tune with what our bodies are doing. I mean, the slightest twinge, pain, or anything i feel going on with my body and my mind goes into over drive thinking, "okay what could this be? What is going on!!" Then i end up obsessing about for days. I am getting better though. Anyway, every time i have a panic attack, i notice that i need to go have a "bowel movement" It's strange. But i think its your body trying to eliminate unnessecary things because it is reacting to the flight or figh response.Does that make sence? Keep your head up, we will get over this someday!
Diva,
Please consult your pharmacist or doctor about this change. They are the best authority to differentiate if it is from your new medication or not.

Sorry for more potty talk but i have another question in the same area. I was just wondering if anybody else has experienced this or if somebody knew if it is normal or not. I have started taking meds as needed since the beginning of the week. And since then i have noticed a drastic change in the color of my urine. And i mean drastic! I was a bit freaked to see the difference this morning. Can anyone help me and let me know if it is ok?
Anyway, thanks!
Diva,
Your body is reacting to the increase level of anxiety you've been experiencing. Start challenging your thoughts by turning those negatives into positive statements and repeat them to yourself everytime this happens. Also be sure to continue working through our program.
Hope this helps.

I wasn't sure if i was gonna write this down but i do want to know if this is normal. Everytime i get anxious, close to panic or in a full-blown panic state my bladder and bowels start acting up. Depending on the level of anxiety/panic is it worse. Sometimes i litterally feel like i will have an accident in my pants! And that is a feeling i just dont like!
On top of it now, since this feeling is so closely associated with anxiety, everytime i feel the need to go to the bathroom my first reaction is to feel anxious by association. As if the fact that i need to pee ( or more ) means i am feeling anxious.
I don't know exactly what is behind all this. I have heard it is linked somehow to the fight or flight response. Also i do not know exactly how to desensitize myself to the fact of not overreacting everytime i feel nature calling. Anyway, if somebody has any ideas on this please let me know :)
