Congratulations Cali on this amazing milestone. I think the one year anniversary is the one we all have on the horizon when we first start our jouney.
Its a wonderful achievement and deserves a celebration. As for the additional weight, well that seems to happen to most of us, but it can be dealt with. Enjoy your new fitness regime and congrats again.

I haven't come across you before but am delighted to hear about your success. Congratulations. You really deserve a great big hug and a treat. Well done. I am only 3 months free of the nicotine weed but I am also concerned about weight gain. Even before quitting nicotine I was probably about a stone and a half over weight but now after quitting I am about 3 stone over weight. I am adopting the attitude that once Christmas is over I will get into a healthy eating routine. I actually don't have much problem getting into a healthy fitness routine as I sport and exercise. Anyway - nice to talk to you. Congratulations again.
Regards,
Scruffy.

Almost 1 year....OMG. I am so happy and proud of myself. So is my mom. My mom will be treating me to a nice dinner out. Also to deal with the weight gain, I am going to take a fitness class at my work...I work at a college. I will go at least 1 or 2 hours after work. I am determined. Wish me luck.
