Just remember that smoking isn't going to fix, reduce, ease, repair, replace, bring back, erase, delete, or any other verb whatever is causing you stress. Deep breaths, fresh air, and exercise are great ways to help with the stress and family issues. Other ideas are drinking lots of iced water, changing your scenery, reading here, and rewarding yourself. Are you rewarding yourself regularly? Come back and post as often as you need.
