Keep up the fight, Mace. Yes, others have felt exactly that way, it's the junky that lives in your head throwing a tantrum because she hasn't got her way for 5 days.
If you don't already have a list of your reasons for quitting, make one now. If you have one, read it over. If you can trust yourself to go out, get a reward other than smokes, something small like an ice cream or a candle. If you have to stay in take a nice, relaxing bath. That has often worked for me when I feel like that.
It's a good fight, you know it is, you can win & you will feel a lot better in a little while. DO NOT smoke, it won't make anything better and you will feel far worse.
