Hi Ken,
Because nicotine is an addiction, just like heroine, cocaine, meth, or any other narcotic. You have made a great decision to quit destroying your health by smoking. You have been quit for over 200 days???? You should know how to handle the cravings. You must of handled many, many so far into this quit. Just take a deep breath, take a hot shower, read a good book, have a snack, go for a walk, and thank the universe that you aren't feeding this horrible addiction anymore. My best to you!
