I AM SOOO TIRED JUST WANT TO SLEEP

for 18 år siden 0 772 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have tried to do Zyban for around 2 years now, although admit i never bothered to take it properly this is the first time, that i am really regular and take it first thing in the morning before work, and another one as soon as i finish work. I havent noticed it so much this time, but I know that on previous use it had made me paranoid, depressed, tearful, previously it was so bad that i stopped taking it, and unfortunately failed my quit. Oh it also caused insomnia previously and I could not sleep. But I am not getting that now (but saying that i was awake at 5am this morning, which I would never do, usually 8am), but I fell alsleep ok. But i am REALLY tired.. to be honest i think I could just lie in my bed for few weeks, relax and sleep.. My side affects are not as bad this timee. Why it is better now, I really dont know. But this quit, I am doing ok with it. I take it regularly and apart from feeling a bit of a space case and very relaxed (or too relaxed).....but if it helps me to quit smoking, and I think it will, for me it will be worth it. How is today for you, is it getting better? Hi Aekvall, Did you see my other posts about forgetting that i have quit smoking, and being really surprised (and disappointed) when I realise that I am a non smoker? That happened to me at least 4 times yesterday. You are on Zyban as well arent you? Do you think it is that? As I have all the things that you state as well (but to be honest I can be fairly scatty by nature anyway so its not that much of a hinderance, lol) Do you have to go back to your doctor every two weeks to get it monitored? Sounds like it might be a medication side affect. Congratulations on 2 Weeks Woo HOoo!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 181 Amount Saved: 45 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 9 Seconds: 40

Hi All I have made past 2 weeks and thats GREAT! It was not easy these 2 weeks in fact i really can not recall it has taken 2 weeks!!! I seem to be FORGETFUL, HAVE LACK OF CONCENTRATION, MEMORY PROBLEMS. Can not remember where i put things.. This STOP SMOKING thing has CONSUMED my thoughts these 2 weeks so im TOTALLY EXHAUSTED JUst want to sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Today i slept to after 2 pm*!!! :0 Lucky im off today from work.. Why am I soo tired?? Have i burnt away all energy to last 2 weeks without smoking?? In that case i will not have any strenght if the craving hit me again  The lack of concentration annoys me too and if it annoys me it must affect others.. I have also the last couple of days developed some paranoia of what others think about me feeling very low and sad.. ann My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 15 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 660 Amount Saved: $238.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 8 Mins: 31 Seconds: 29

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

aek, This indistinct but annoying symptom is linked with carbon monoxide withdrawal. It gives a sense of being in "another dimension." It can include changes in distance and space perception, a floating feeling, and a total lack of concentration. Remember that carbon monoxide is a deadly poison - it is a good thing to get out of your system. How long will this last? The first few weeks after quitting. Tips to help: Plan your workload to account for your temporary lack of concentration. Avoid additional stress during the first few weeks. If you have a symptom that persists or seems worse than you expected, you should immediately consult a doctor. Its possible that your smoking has been masking symptoms of some illness, and when you stop smoking the symptoms abruptly become noticeable. Hope this helps, Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
