Thanks for this, what a wonderful way to look at quitting. I'm giving myself a chance and I am a non smoker one day at a time. I cant wait to have stats like you someday!

I certainly have enjoyed the journey with you wonderful folks. You have made the journey so much more pleasurable and tolerable. Some things we are not destined to have, being smoke free does not fall into this category. I believe we owe it to ourselves the chance to really settle down, become smoke independent, and see what it is really like to live the life that way. To do so we buy time, one day of it at a time, get ourselves thinking free and that we can do it without smoking, while doing it. The testimony of this site speaks to you, "smoking is an action that can be tamed, controlled and conquered.
Nothing but the best for you
