I took my boys to the mall cause my oldest just got a job and needed some work shoes and when we walked in there I was at awe about the smells all around me! WOW ya know they really have some nice smells in the smoke free world! I couldnt believe it, I think I shocked my boys too, they were like "Mom, those are the same smells as they have always been"..... well not for me!
Then the horrible happened, I walked out side where the outside smokers were.... first i almost said no lets go another way and then I said no, i parked here and this is where I am walking out of.. I can do it! So I did and for a second I thought I would want one, but the smell was so nasty. I felt bad for them. They dont know the smells on the inside like I do now.
No craving at all! Even though the Chiefs lost to ttin's team (the colts)... I kept yellin at the TV and tellin them.. if all else fails DUCT TAPE! We couldnt catch a ball if it was placed in our hands tonight.. I didnt even want a smoke during the game.... and I was worried about that!
Yay go me!
