I am a 43 year old women struggling again with depression. I have been on paxil 60mg for approx 2 years now and over the last month or so I feel myself falling in a large pit. It is like I was right back there 2 years ago. I am not sleeping that best up approx 3 times a night. Work I go through the motions and that's it. I don't know if the paxil your body gets use to it or not. Maybe over reacting but I just feeling like I am either going crazy or going to just start crying.
