First, know that you're not alone. Everybody here is in the same boat.
If you've never been officially diagnosed, we encourage you to take the depression test, print it off and bring it to your doctor. From there, you can discuss treatment options that are available to you such as one on one counselling, exercise, medication, natural alternatives...
Next, start working through our CBT program. It is located in your session diary and will teach you all kinds of great skills and help you track your moods with the mood tracker.
Lastly, keep active on the boards. There is strength in numbers and we are committed to supporting and helping you in any way we can.
