Anerol: if you are using distraction, that's o.k. Sounds like something is starting for you, something positive. Are you challenging your negative thoughts and using positive self-talk? Good for you! That is definitely a step forward if you are staying in the building for longer periods.
I am finding being in a public building for a not-so-short period of time, difficult. There are harder days for me challenge and they are usually the days after overwhelming days or gloomy, rainy days. But these days I've been getting better at letting go and have experienced days which 'should have been' bad in the past to become a pleasant day. I can't really pin point what has changed in me, but I might be just interrupting all thoughts and be thinking or looking at something else.
