Dear Red,
With all due respect to you and the group, I decided it would be better for me to keep my discussions only pertinent to 'panic' situations and material regarding that subject.
I remember a really great group I was involved in for three consecutive years. One of the ground rules was not to communicate in any way with any of the group members 'outside group'. This allowed the members to feel they had a neutral place to come and share whatever they wanted, knowing they would not have confrontations of any kind, €˜outside€™ the 'safety' of €˜group€™. As it turned out,it was very productive. Everyone stayed focused and worked really hard on their issues. After that group, I have always approached any kind of 'group' situation as a opportuninty to learn and improve.
Bye for now,
Maria
