j- you need to breathe. breathe deeply, and then think of the times when you have driven and have been out with no problems. if you feel like you are going to have an attack, just think about what is happening and fight it. it happened to me once and i stopped it. i sat down, i took deep breaths and i kept saying to myself, it's going to be okay. keep bringing positive thoughts to your brain, like it's going to be okay, i'm not going to die, this is just anxiety. hope this helps.
