numbness in forehead

Hey Jessica! I get that same feeling but on the top of my head and the back of my head. It's like it just goes completely numb for no reason! You could have a pinched nerve in your neck or back. You'd be surprised how many places on your body the nerves in your back affect! I have back problems from sitting in an office every day and sometimes my left ear and the side of my face will go numb as well as my left shoulder and arm. I've gone to the doctor about this and have confirmed it wasn't a stroke or heart attack. Just back problems. When my problems act up, I stretch my back a lot and it usually goes away. At least it makes it better anyway. Try doing a lot of stretching and head rolls and see if that helps. Hang in there! You'll be ok!
