also, do a little regression on yourself: inside of you, a pivotal event has created a little character who warns you about the dangers of choking, this character has been your advisor until recently, go back, just lightly and easily in your imagination, and visit your earlier self who nearly choked on the food, advise youself that you survived ok, advise yourself that thousands of people at every age in life have done this, and are still here. you know how to eat. you're fine. in a year's time you'll probably wonder at what used to happen to you.
