Mommzay,
We're so glad you decided to stick with us. You have a great sense of humor and you always seem to add your own flair and flavor to our day, just when we need it.

Yeah I know what you mean I've never had a problem with the increased heart rate working out either BUT I almost did when I first started coming to this site and reading some other peoples posts who have had problems (wow the power of suggestion. In fact I almost left this support group at that time but decided that I have to face that 'power of suggestion' thingy too because thats all part of this wonderful disorder we suffer :)I just keep telling myself now when I'm working out that I'm just keeping myself on the 'low risk' side of the heart problems LOL these positive thoughts can be darn annoying sometimes. ROFL just kidding
ha ha.. yeah, that's a change. I'm usually counting my heart rate thinking I'm dying of a heart attack.
For some reason though, when I work out, I have no problem with the increased heart rate; probably because I realize that is the point of cardio exercise. ROFL
I was working out last night and couldn't get my heart beat up to my target zone. I kept bursting out laughing at myself thinking now this is a switch isn't it? :)
