Yes, like yourself and Danielle, I get the same symptoms. It can be very frustrating because it comes out of the blue. As Danielle says, think of all that adrenalin shooting around your body - it's no wonder we feel drained and "ill" afterwards, is it? The best, but hardest, thing I try to do is say to myself "Ah well - that was another episode" and then just let my body and mind relax for as long as it takes to feel "normal" again. I try not to get angry at myself or the agoraphobia any more because that just heightens my anxiety.
