My heart races too. The only way to slow it down is to calm down. I hate saying that cause it’s so hard to calm down when you’re panicking! What I do when I’m in public and my heart starts to flutter and pound. I force myself to breathe slowly, concentrating on moving my stomach muscles and not my chest.

how can you overcome a thumpin heartbeat when stressed or tensed? i always get this and i am really annoyed by this.....anyone out there who has this problem too???
