I also suffer from neck and shoulder tension. No headaches or temple or jaw pain too much any more. To get rid of the jaw thing, I started chewing gum. Instead of clenching my teeth, I chewed away. Believe it or not, that helped a lot with the anxiety as well. I think it has something to do with the noise of chewing inside of your mouth kind of distracts your brain from thinking of anxious thoughts. However, that is my opinion. I used to hate chewing gum, but, such is life.
Also, try a Shiatzu style massage. That will get rid of the neck and shoulder pain for a while. Might get rid of the headaches too.
Finally, practice good posture all of the time and try a different mattress, like select comfort or a different pillow.
And finally, something else that works for me is I'll take a deck of cards and start shuffling, and practice dealing black jack or any game. That helps to take my mind off anxiety, which miraculously makes my back and neck not sore any more.
