Congratulations for your new job and everything you have accomplished! Very proud of you and you should be very proud of yourself. I love Sunny's advice!
Also, we all have setbacks very normal. Don't let them scare you at all. They will pass trust me they will pass. I have been doing very well thank God and I also took a trip to Disney 2 weeks ago with my kids which was 3 hours away from home and when I got back I felt like I can do anything now. Well, yesterday I had a awful migraine headache felt horrible and I started to feel a little anxious thinking lots of negative things the " what if's" BUT I said to myself I know where this is headed to and I put a big STOP sign and said oh no I am not going that route!
We need to talk to ourselves be positive think positive. I carry a little book with me that has helped me so much. In this little book I wrote on the top of the page Positive Thoughts numbered each positive thought for example:
1- It's just a panic attack I will be fine it will pass it always passes.
2-I am not going to die or loose control no matter what I may be feeling right now.
3-These symptoms I feel are just body symptoms they are not going to hurt me.
4-There is nothing wrong with me I am a healthy person.
You can create your own little book and take it with you & when you feel something coming read it and remind yourself it's just anxiety & you will be ok and you will. Trust me.
Always, try to stay in the present moment not what happened yesterday or what will happen tomorrow just live the present moment. Life is good.. Maggie
