Ok well it seems I get to be the first one to use this very nice brand new thread ;p lol.
This week it went really well.
For my walks, I managed to do 5 one hour walks this weeks so this got done 5/7 days despite the growing heat. I figure the heat is like interoceptive exposure while I am walking lol.
Talking of interoceptive exposure, that went well too. It got done 5/7 days. I did try to combine it to my walks also like session 10 suggested. On days where I felt up to it, as I was walking I would start jogging for 5 bursts of 1 minute during my walk.
As for the having fun with the hubby thing it went well also. We spent time together with no interference 5/7 days this week for periods around one hour. We started varying our activities which is fun. I am getting ready mentally to start going out more with him, well when we can afford it lol. Oh and we did have three sit-down suppers together too!
As for the cuddling thing it got done 5/7 days and the bed desensitisation got done 6/7 days. The great thing is I did mange to combine them. So last thursday, friday saturday and Sunday I actually managed to sleep in bed with my hubby for the first time since December so that was GREAT! I will give it a try again tonight :)
So my goals for this week remain the same as last week generally escept for a few minor things. 1-I will try to combine my interoceptive exposure with my walking and other exposure exercises more. 2- I will try to start going out a bit more when my hubby feels up to it.
Oh and I intend to check out session 11 but if it has a big new concept in it, that will get incorporated only next week!
