Hang in there sparky. It will pass. Do something to keep yourself busy and take your mind off smoking. You have over 50 days behind ya!! That's wondeful! I had a few times where out of the blue the thought of smoking crossed my mind. When that happened, i tried to remember what the first few weeks was like! I knew i surely didnt want to go thru that again! Best Wishes

Your M O is to pull back and not share, then smoke? Not anymore sister. You've just shared.
The 'things that are hard' are stacking up on you. Quitting is only one of them. We don't like to deal with things that are hard. We hate school tests. Driving tests. Going to the dentist. Apologizing. Admitting we are wrong. All hard. But the tests earn degrees, licenses. Dentists save teeth. Apologies and admissions save relationships. Hard is a four letter word. But we do it, we curse it and we do it all the same.
There are other things you can enjoy and reward yourself with so please don't give up. Don't fold. It won't make anything else less hard and you know it.

Sparky: By all means please share. We are here for you and Dewey and want you to succeed. Let us know what you are feeling and if there is anything that we can do to help. I don't pretend to understand what you are going through, but I can offer my friendship, support, and a vertual sholder when you need it.

Well, I am thinking about it, why I don't know. I have a million excuses, but I have not found a good reason. I keep thinking about what hubby and MM are going though and realize there is no good reason today or any day. I just wanted to share. My M.O. it to pull back and not share then smoke. I am trying really hard really I am.
Keep the Quit
