To one of my favourite mentors - congratulations Grin, on 2 years smoke-free. What an awesome accomplishment! Mr. J and I just passed 1.5 years, and are on our way to 2. Thanks for being there for me along the way - you truly made a difference in my quit. Again, congrats! Stop in more often if you get a chance - we miss you! Jazz

Thanks you guys!
It really is an awesome feeling to be 2years quit. In the early days of my quit, I could not imagine ever getting past 1yr much less to 2. I thought that my life would always revolve around smoking or trying not to smoke. I can say that today, I don't think about it at all. I am free and so grateful to the wonderful friends that have helped me along the way.
And to anyone out there that may be having a tough time of it, hang in there! It is worth the fight. The days will start clicking by and you will find that it is so much easier to be a nonsmoker than it was to live life as a smoker.
