Hi Pat,
This is a great idea.
I try to be upbeat, positive, and down right happy about my quit. Music is a huge part of my life....I love it, love it, love it. So, I pick out the most positive, fun, upbeat, and happy music for me and then I dance all over my house when a craving hits. The best music to me is music from the 50's and 60's.
A craving hits, I pop in Sam Cooke singing Twistin' the Night Away, and take off. LOL The craving leaves, I get to check out my lung capacity and see the improvment, I get to keep my weight down, and all while I'm having a blast.
Stay Strong,
Tutti
