Do what you feel you need to do. But--please know that smoking or not--you don't have to go away. We are all fighting the demon and want to help you in your fight.
Please, know what you are going through is a part of addiction. I learned through family education that the one thing that is common with addictions is relapse--it is a chronic illness that can exhibit a reoccurance at anytime.
So--thank you for your honesty--but please, please know we are here for you smoking or not.
Hugs,
Deb

I'm so sorry Sparky, you have friends here no matter what you decide to do so please stay in touch once in awhile, besides that I'll miss your kitty cats You will be in my thoughts cause I do know even with time mounting up behind us this can still be a very rocky road. ((((( hugs )))))
P.S. Don't ever forget that wonderful physical and spiritual feeling you had as a non-smoker cause that's a big part of what will bring you back.

My heart is breaking for you..... I know you can do this, but timing is very important too. There will be a time (I hope soon), when you will want to return. My heart is very much with you and appreciate how hard you have worked. Please don't be hard on yourself. Quitting is the hardest thing in the world to do. But it is do-able. And I know that you know that. Please don't disappear! Come back and let us know how you are doing.
huge hugs
